CopyGrade Research

Simon Lee

Founder of CopyGrade. Every piece of research published here — the scored-wallet dataset, the CopyGrade Score model, the data reports and guides — is produced under this byline.

How the dataset is produced

CopyGrade continuously ingests public Polymarket trade history and grades every covered wallet with a documented 0–100 model — five factors plus a vetoing farming-risk check. The pipeline, the factor weights, and the fee and latency assumptions are public on the methodology page; every aggregate figure quoted in marketing traces to a dated report edition or the live statistics page. The source data is Polymarket's public record — nothing proprietary, nothing self-reported by traders.

Limitations, stated plainly

The score is a documented research opinion, not a proven predictor: CopyGrade's own forward validation of whether the score predicts copier returns has so far returned a null result, published in full, and the live band-by-band record stays on the track record. Farming flags are algorithmic risk assessments, not accusations of conduct. Realized-profit figures understate wallets holding unresolved positions.

Corrections and changes

Scoring rules change in public: every material model change is recorded, dated, in the changelog. When an error is found in published figures, the affected pages are recomputed and updated. Found something wrong? Email support@copygrade.com.

Conflicts and independence

CopyGrade is analysis-only and paid only by its flat subscription: it never executes trades, holds funds, or custodies keys, and takes no performance fees, referral fees, or payment from any trader, bot vendor, or Polymarket itself — a revenue share would pay us to call every wallet copyable. The full independence statement is on the trust page.
