Terms of Service

These Terms describe the rules for using CopyGrade, an analysis service operated by Blueteem LLC d/b/a CopyGrade. Please read them carefully. They include important provisions about disclaimers of advice, limits on our liability, and how disputes are resolved.

  1. 01Acceptance of Terms

    These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of CopyGrade, a service operated by Blueteem LLC d/b/a CopyGrade (“CopyGrade,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, signing in, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise using CopyGrade, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use CopyGrade. If you are using CopyGrade on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to both you personally and that organization.

  2. 02What CopyGrade Is and Is Not

    CopyGrade is an analysis service. We score and characterize public Polymarket wallet activity so that you can form your own view on whether a wallet is worth following. Our outputs include Copy Scores, sub-score breakdowns, verdict labels, Farming Risk flags, Category Edge breakdowns, Realistic Return estimates, Copy Simulator results, on-demand wallet analysis, side-by-side wallet comparisons, curated wallet baskets, and an embeddable Copy Score badge.

    CopyGrade is not a broker, custodian, exchange, wallet, investment adviser, or trading bot. We do not execute trades, hold funds, custody assets, or have access to your wallets, exchange accounts, or trading credentials. We do not place orders on your behalf and we never will under these Terms.

    CopyGrade is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Polymarket or any related entity. We analyze publicly available on-chain and market data; references to Polymarket are descriptive only.

    Nothing produced by CopyGrade is financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Outputs are informational and reflect our model’s view at a point in time; they are not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, copy, or avoid any wallet, market, position, or asset.

    Wallets we analyze. CopyGrade analyzes pseudonymous, publicly identifiable on-chain accounts. Our scores, verdicts, flags, and other outputs about a wallet are our opinion, derived from public data using heuristic models that may contain errors. They are not statements of fact about, and do not purport to identify, any individual or entity, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any wallet we analyze. If you operate a wallet we analyze and believe an output is inaccurate, contact us at legal@copygrade.com.

  3. 03Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use CopyGrade. By using CopyGrade you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

    You are responsible for ensuring that your use of CopyGrade, and any downstream trading activity you undertake based on our outputs, complies with the laws of your jurisdiction, including any restrictions on prediction markets, derivatives, or online gambling. We may restrict access from jurisdictions where providing the service would be unlawful or impractical.

  4. 04Account

    To use most of CopyGrade’s features you must create an account. You may register with an email address and password or authenticate through a supported OAuth provider, currently Google. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

    You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us promptly at legal@copygrade.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share, transfer, or sell your account, and you may not use another person’s account without permission.

    One account per person.Free allowances — such as free full-verdict unlocks and free trials — are provided once per person, not once per email-address variant. We may refuse to create, or may merge or close, additional accounts that reach the same mailbox (for example, addresses that differ only by a “+tag”) or that we reasonably believe were created to obtain additional free allowances.

  5. 05Communications

    By creating an account you agree to receive transactional and service messages from us — for example, email-confirmation and password-reset messages, billing notices, and the alerts and digests you configure. These are part of operating the service and are sent for as long as you have an account or an active configuration that calls for them.

    We may also send you occasional emails about your own use of CopyGrade — getting-started tips, reminders about unused free allowances, and suggestions to upgrade or return. Every such email contains a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can switch them off at any time in your account’s notification settings; opting out does not affect the transactional messages above or the alerts you have explicitly configured. How we handle the underlying data is described in our Privacy Policy.

  6. 06Subscription Plans and Billing

    CopyGrade offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. The Free plan provides limited access at no charge. The Pro plan provides full access to paywalled features and is currently offered at $25 per month, or $20 per month when billed annually, in U.S. dollars. New Pro subscribers may be offered a 14-day free trial; if the trial is not cancelled before it ends, the subscription converts to a paid subscription at the then-current price. Free trials are limited to one per customer; a repeat subscription starts at the paid rate.

    Pricing, plan features, and trial terms may change. We will give reasonable advance notice of any material change to recurring fees that affects your existing subscription, and any change will take effect at the start of your next billing period unless you cancel first.

    Billing is processed by a third-party payment processor. By subscribing you authorize us, through that processor, to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout. If a payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade your account until payment is resolved.

    You may upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing through the billing portal we provide. Plan changes take effect according to the rules shown in the portal at the time of the change.

  7. 07Cancellation, Refunds, and Termination

    You may cancel a Pro subscription at any time through the billing portal we provide. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period. You will retain Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account will revert to the Free plan.

    Except where required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods and unused portions of an annual subscription. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for downgrades.

    We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, abuse the service, threaten the integrity or security of the platform, or use CopyGrade in a manner that creates legal risk for us or for other users. We may also discontinue features or the service itself; if we discontinue the paid service entirely, we will refund any prepaid fees covering the period after discontinuation.

  8. 08Acceptable Use

    You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:

    • scrape, crawl, mass-download, or otherwise extract CopyGrade’s outputs (including Copy Scores, sub-scores, farming flags, and simulator results) at scale, whether for resale, training a model, or any other purpose;
    • republish, redistribute, license, or sell CopyGrade’s scores, verdicts, or analyses to third parties without our prior written permission — other than by displaying the official CopyGrade badge or embed we provide, with its attribution link intact and the assessment it shows unaltered;
    • bypass, disable, or circumvent the paywall, rate limits, access controls, or any other technical measure protecting Pro features;
    • share, resell, or sublicense your account or otherwise allow others to access Pro features through your subscription;
    • create multiple accounts — including through email-address variants that reach the same mailbox — to obtain additional free allowances or trials, to evade rate limits, or to circumvent a suspension;
    • use CopyGrade to harass, defame, defraud, or mislead other users, or to manipulate any market or any group of traders;
    • reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of CopyGrade, or probe, scan, or test the platform’s vulnerability without authorization;
    • introduce malware, automated agents, or any code or process that interferes with the operation of CopyGrade or with other users’ use of it;
    • use CopyGrade in violation of applicable law, including sanctions, export controls, and anti-money-laundering rules.

    We may investigate suspected misuse and take any action we consider appropriate, including rate-limiting, suspension, termination, and referral to law enforcement.

  9. 09Intellectual Property

    CopyGrade and all of its contents are owned by Blueteem LLC d/b/a CopyGrade or its licensors. This includes the Copy Score model and its sub-scores, the farming-detection methodology, the Copy Simulator, the user interface, the source code, the trademarks, and all related documentation. All rights are reserved except as expressly granted in these Terms.

    Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use CopyGrade for your own internal, non-commercial due-diligence purposes during the term of your account or subscription. Any other use requires our prior written permission. As an exception, we grant you a limited, revocable license to display the official CopyGrade badge or embed we provide on pages you control, including commercial pages, so long as you keep its attribution link and do not alter or misrepresent the assessment it shows.

    Feedback you provide about CopyGrade is given freely and may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.

  10. 10Third-Party Services

    CopyGrade relies on third-party services to operate, including a payment processor for billing, a cloud database and authentication provider, a transactional-email provider, a cloud hosting provider, and the public Polymarket APIs for market and wallet data. Your use of features that depend on these services may be subject to the providers’ own terms and policies. We describe the categories of providers we use in our Privacy Policy and will name a specific provider on request.

    We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, or actions. Outages, changes, or errors in their services may affect CopyGrade. Where on-chain or market data is incomplete or delayed, our outputs may be incomplete or delayed as well.

  11. 11Disclaimers

    CopyGrade is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

    Our outputs are informational only. They are derived from public data using heuristic models that are continuously refined and may contain errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or predictive value of any score, verdict, flag, projection, or simulator result. A favorable score is not a recommendation to copy a wallet, and an unfavorable score is not a recommendation to avoid one.

    Prediction markets and copy-trading involve substantial risk, including the risk of total loss of capital. Past performance of any wallet is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, the configuration of any execution or copy-trading tools you use, and the management of your funds. Any action you take based on CopyGrade is taken at your own risk.

  12. 12Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Blueteem LLC d/b/a CopyGrade, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, trading gains, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of CopyGrade, whether in contract, tort, or any other theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

    Our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or to CopyGrade will not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to us for the service during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim or (b) USD $100.

    Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.

  13. 13Indemnification

    You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Blueteem LLC d/b/a CopyGrade, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your access to or use of CopyGrade, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your trading or other financial decisions, however informed, or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

  14. 14Modifications

    We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms at this URL and update the effective date shown at the top of the page. If the changes are material, we will provide additional notice, such as an email or an in-product notification.

    Your continued use of CopyGrade after the new effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, your remedy is to stop using CopyGrade and to cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

  15. 15Governing Law and Disputes

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Blueteem LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

    Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or to CopyGrade will be resolved by binding individual arbitrationrather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court where eligible. Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of a recognized arbitral institution selected by us, in the English language. At your election, arbitration may take place in your jurisdiction of residence; otherwise it will take place at Blueteem LLC’s principal place of business. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

    Class action waiver. You and CopyGrade each agree that disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of more than one person.

    If any portion of this section is found unenforceable, that portion will be severed and the remainder will continue to apply. The class action waiver is non-severable; if it is found unenforceable, this entire arbitration section will not apply.

    Consumers in the EEA and UK. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any mandatory protection you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence. Where a provision of these Terms — including the governing-law, arbitration, or class-action-waiver provisions above — conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection of your home country, that mandatory protection prevails, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
